The reward goes to the venue that shared the link, once the new venue has paid a second month or a season. It applies only to new venues that didn't already have an account.

What counts as a “spot”?
Every umbrella, sunbed or table with its own QR code. The price follows the number of spots you have: up to 40 spots ×1, 41–120 spots ×1.5, 120+ spots ×2.
How is the monthly plan billed?
Only for the months you told us you're open, at least 4. Open from May to October, you pay 6 months. Nothing in winter.
Monthly or season: which is better?
The season plan is one payment for the whole year. If you're open 6 months or more, it comes out cheaper. For a shorter season, monthly is better. The calculator above shows you the difference.
When do I start paying?
When you open orders to your guests. Setting up is free: you send test orders (marked TEST) from your own phone and see them reach the bar and the kitchen. Then you choose Orders or Pro and pay at that point, and guests can order as soon as the payment goes through, or you keep the free Menu forever. We never charge you anything you didn't ask for.
Can I change plan or stop?
Yes, whenever you like, from Billing in the dashboard. There's no commitment.
Does the founding price last beyond the first year?
Yes. The first 30 venues keep −50% on every charge, for good, on whichever plan they choose.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Venues in Greece pay Greek VAT of 24%. A business in another EU country with a VAT number confirmed in VIES pays no VAT (reverse charge); without one, its own country's VAT applies.
Is it the same outside Greece?
Ordering from the sunbed, the beach map and the menu in 26 languages work the same in Cyprus and Croatia. Card payments from the guest's phone start in Greece; elsewhere we switch them on venue by venue. myDATA order slips are a Greek requirement, so they are for Greek venues only.
Do I need a new till, card terminal or provider?
No. Keep what you have: your till or e-invoicing provider issues the receipt, and cards go through your terminal or the guest's phone. Ombrelo brings the order from the sunbed to the bar.
Are there any other charges?
Not from us, and never a share of your orders. If you accept cards, the payment provider (Stripe) keeps its own fee per transaction, like any card terminal.
